It is possible that the ideas, programs, scripts, plans, suggestions, and other literary, dramatic or musical materials that you would like to submit to us may be very similar to materials currently in development, previously used or submitted to us by others, already under consideration or, in some instances, may be subsequently submitted to us by others through authorized agents or recognized entertainment attorneys. As a result, The Sargeant Entertainment Group must protect itself against any unwarranted claims by maintaining a policy against accepting unsolicited idea submissions.
